Worked with a sales rep for a week on a truck and it was sold when I got there to buy it. They then tried to sell me one for more money. Then tried to sell me a used truck. The whole process was extremely disappointing.
July 2025 my 2010 toyota reverse failed had it toyed to stokes toyota they charged me 198.21 to tell me the reverse didn't work which I already knew went on line and found a 2018 tucson at their dealership for 13000 on July 15 2015 on July 16the price bumper to 13593 No one could tell me why being stranded bought the vehicle after returning to lexington sc and doing some research found the price was to cover needed maintenance which should have been done before the vehicle was listed on the internet I feel I was scammed 791 21

I had a service scheduled for a recall at 9:30. I arrived at 9:25. I was told the day before not to be late and the service should take about 45 minutes. After sitting in the waiting room for over an hour and seeing my vehicle still sitting outside I went back to the service advisor to find out why. She told me she would check on it. I’ve just moved to Beaufort so took my Prius here for a 90,000 mile check. On the plus side: It was easy to get an appointment just a couple days in advance. I was seen promptly and the service was performed in a timely way. Dev was my service technician and he was fantastic! Personable, professional, and very helpful. Rip off dealer. Web sites says $499 dealer fee included in internet price, then they add the $499 in again at the dealer ship on the sales sheet. Also hide the interest rate and only want to show you the payment. Charging almost double the current interest rates. They operate like a shady used car dealer. Find another place to buy a car. The car was also dirty and they knew I was coming to look at it. The sales man also gave incorrect information about towing capacity and the engine of the truck.

Jurleen Evans was my representative she was very unprofessional I was promised the key and she communicated negatively with my banking institution when she could not find the faxed information that was sent to her. I turned her into the Mr Blume GM who promised to resolve the issue I haven't heard a word since October 10th.

I have purchased many cars. I used to be a car salesperson. Scott went above and beyond his duty. Scott was patient and kind. Like the car and deal we got. Scott very helpful. First price was good and not far off best price I could get from others. Ended up $200 higher than I could buy elsewhere, but I wanted to buy local. Some knucklehead damaged car in the detail area trying to remove an ink pen mark, but Scott and JR promised to replace part and part already in. Hopefully same knucklehead won’t be replacing part.

Bought preowned car in Sept 2017. The salesman was great but left the dealership soon after purchase. One of the front Tires kept losing air. Finally took car to repair shop and all tires needed replacing. Repeated calls and emails to general manager ( Mr Blume) starting in December. He asked that I send him the invoice for the new tires and I did. It’s been two and a half months and he will not respond to emails or call back.

This was my first visit to Stokes Brown Toyota Service. I took my Lexus there for a routine service visit. Bret Whiteside took time to review previous service tickets for my car completed at a Lexus dealer in Atlanta and reviewed with me what needed to be done. I made an appointment with them and explain that I lived 1 and 1/2 hrs away. The salesman told me that they would give me a 25.00 gift visa for my gas. I took my car Corolla in for a 10,000 mile scheduled service appointment. Everyone there was so friendly and efficient. The service was completed in the time they said it would be done and they explained everything that they checked and did. I highly recommend Stokes Brown Toyota of Beaufort.
